Bear Stearns downgrades to ATTRACTIVE from Buy based on the belief that the co is unlikely to have substantial news flow on LymphoCide until the American Society of Clinical Oncology meeting in 2003, and that their partner AMGN is unlikely to file for US approval of LymphoCide in FY03; cuts 2003 est to ($0.27) from $0.18.
