Randy - No - that would be like printing money. Of course everyone would buy today if that were to happen. It is the same company on July 30 as on August 1 the total value of the sum of the parts will be the same - we hope plus a little bit if the market can value the parts better than the whole as in AT&T spinoffs. For every 200 shares of GIC you have you will have 100 NLV + 66.67 CSCOPE and 50 SEM. To know the price of each will be hard but the following equation will be true:
200 * price of GIC = 100 * price of NLV + 66.67 * price of CScope + 50 * price of SEM.
