I think they were both immoral people. Clinton was a more effective president though. How anyone can view W as a moral man when he has consistently lied and took relish in executions is beyond me. He has surrounded himself with corporate sleaze balls and I believe that birds of a feather do flock together. W was supposed to raise the tone in washington but he accuses through spokespersons any one who disagrees as unpatriotic. It is abhorrent that he wants to be at war ad infinitum against anyone who he wants to call a terrorist.
