PayPal Lock Out Ends Today It's been 6 months since the PayPal IPO and about $1 Billion worth of stock is about to be unlocked. Insiders will have to decide to take their money and run, or hold off in hopes they can get more value out of eBay stock once the PYPL/EBAY conversion takes place. So it's in PYPL/EBAY best interest to pump up eBay stock as much as possible
