The Company reported income from operations for the second quarter of 2002 of $412,000, compared to a loss from operations of $325,000 for the second quarter of 2001. The net income for the second quarter of 2002 was $339,000, or $.11 per basic and diluted share, compared with net loss of $138,000 or $.05 per basic and diluted share, for the second quarter of 2001. Revenues for the six months ended June 30, 2002 were $7,694,000 compared with $7,859,000 in the first six months of 2001.
