tom--

You managed in this one post to explain what many 'bears' have tried to get across for months. What many on this thread should remember is that bear and bull are transitory terms. when MU goes into the 20's i will be bullish on it, but right now i am not. it has nothing to do with a desire to see the company bancrupt, but instead with a stock price that reflects its value over the next 6-12 months.

Your cash flow analysis hit the nail right on the head. What also needs to be mentioned (because it goes hand in hand with this) are margins. mike burke spent most of last spring hammering that into me, and when i finally got it, it was eye opening. the problem MU faces today is not bancruptcy, it is the short term erosion of margins which will make for very difficult times ahead.

good luck to all,
trey
