Without an environment amenable to growth... So are you saying that a gorilla can only lead if the government, through creating an amenable environment 'allows' it to lead? If so, I'm afraid I disagree. Monopolies are not a creation of the state. If anything, and I believe history bears this out, it takes an act of Congress to STOP them.
