Philip and Lorne, I've read the news release. Pretty savvy for the company to do a secondary offering now to raise cash when the street is in love with real estate stocks. $25-$30 is certainly achievable in 6-12 months. Fyi, Nesbitt Burns gives BPC a "4" rating in a scale of 1-5 on June 23 (1 is sell and 5 is strong buy). Nesbitt is one of the underwriters for the instalment receipt stock offering in Feb.
