i think a lot of it depends on the market. september is usually a very bad month...if we see more retesting of the "lows", consumer confidence getting worse instead of better...i think it will be argued that more "stimulus" (heh) takes precedence over any inflation fears. i doubt it would be right before the election...so maybe mid september.
