Bob: I am happy to reprint the numbers for you here -- although I don't know why I need to point this out since you and Bill seem to think that these numbers are well reported and already built into stock prices. Since you can't even find the figures in question on your own I will repost them for you exactly as I cut and paste them from the CSCO annual report:

From CSCO's annual report <<The Company uses projected volatility rates, which are based upon historical volatility rates trended into future years. Because the Company's employee stock options have characteristics significantly different from those of traded options, and because changes in the subjective input assumptions can materially affect the fair value estimate, in management's opinion, the existing models do not necessarily provide a reliable single measure of the fair value of the Company's options. The weighted-average estimated fair values of employee stock options granted during fiscal 2001, 2000, and 1999 were $13.31, $19.44, and $8.40 per share, respectively.
