Dubya said "we won't spend" in Waco.
Going to veto the appropriations bill congress approved.
Had 5billion extra in it for Homeland Security (aka Defense) spending.
Many of his Waco advisors said he has to show fiscal responsibility.
But they all thanked him for the tax cut and want him to make it permanent. And to abolish the "death Taxes" totally and make it last past the 10 year expiration.
