Plane crash kills nature photographers CNN.COM, August 13, 2002 BISHOP, California (AP) -- Nature photographers Galen and Barbara Rowell, whose works were published in National Geographic, Outside and many books, were killed in a plane crash in the eastern Sierra Nevada.
