I think you're misinterpreting and perhaps exaggerating Nadine's position, which is that Debka is not entirely accurate when making predictions, but more so when reporting facts. I don't believe Nadine swears by either publication.

In my view, Debka sometimes gets it right, sometimes not. It is not the ne plus ultra of journalistic accuracy, but is nevertheless a worthwhile source when taken with a liberal dose of NaCl. It is far more accurate when reporting on Israeli/Palestinian issues than when venturing into other areas.
