"HECK NO, it is not a lie."

That's very amusing T-REX because in the next breath you say, " I don't know the exact piece of technology. I am not a scientist. ..... I believe it had to do with the guidance system because their missiles kept crashing. ....I'll admit that I cannot remember the department"

I don't know....I believe.....I'll admit that I cannot remember....I am not a scientist...... These are your words SREX.... but yet you claim you know it is not a lie and tell me to "study up". Well it so happens that I know some of the details and they are these...... The case you cite has to do with the US contracting the Chinese initially under the Bush Sr. admin to launch commercial satellites for us at a huge cost savings. Loral was prime contractor. The satellites never left Loral hands and the Chinese were not allowed to inspect them. After a couple of launch failures that cost Loral big bucks, their engineers analyzed the telemetry and showed them were their problems were. They did not sell them anything. They provided technical assistance to forestall any more launch failures. It was not a major development....just pointing to the right spot to fix the problem since Loral had the data pinpointing it. The "lefty press" covered it very well and since you don't read same, I can see why you are not very profound on the subject. Do you think this is a worst transgression than selling missiles to Iran or buying Saddam's oil?
