Lee, my understanding is that Horton only actually sold 75,000 of the 100,000 shares he filed to sell. On the Century Electronics matter, it is a matter of record (kind of by default to the Florida transaction) that the original Century deal didn't go through. As I understand it, the reason was that Century was not able to come up with the necessary funds in time, but I haven't seen that confirmed. My broker's impression is that the company may still pursue the Century deal on more attractive terms.
