I don't think they are dumb.
I mean I doubt they really believe they lies and false dreams they are spreading.

But it is their job. Remember that.
They have to keep the consumer believing.
It's their last chance.
And watch, the more we hear about a recovery in the second half, the more desperate they are getting.
