Yes You will be credited from your brokerage account $31.00.... Unless for what ever reason some other major player puts in another BID higher..... So it pays just to wait it out , and see what becomes. I would have preferred to take Lucent Shares , To stay away from the Mandatory Capital gains shareholders will be subject to... Shareholders may not choose to get the CASH and hold back but this is unlikely to happen..... Maybe its time to invest in LUCENT :))))
