I do not know why anyone is debating Myobloc at this point. It seems Elan has not even come up with the appropriate dose and scheduling to even begin Phase IV trials. Myobloc is now at least 2 years away from market for cosmetic use. Elan is better selling it off for whatever they can get for it and let a larger company handle the problems.
