Bush hasn't explained very well why he went into hiding on 9/11 when a speech from the airplane would have helped the country. He is a big reason as to why so many people are still depressed and overreacting to events which should by now be well under control.

Jr's real cowardace shows in his inablility to correct or even explain his actions. He should be reconsidering his tax cut about now, instead he is afraid that people will remember his dad's ill considered remarks about taxes. He should be ready to back up or modify his "dead or alive" goals for Bin Laden, instead he looks for other distractions. When you look at the history books of great leaders one thing you find is that they were not afraid to try something, and if it didn't work try something else. The timidity of Junior to reflect on his own policies is his greatest cowardace and the one that is most hurting this country.
