We WERE talking with the Koreans on the day Bush took office.
Then he cut off talks because he said they can't be trusted and made them part of the Axis-of-evil.
Good job.
It took him 20 months to get us back to a position he destroyed.
Bush's "not-invented-here" approach to government has been a disaster.
