I read an article on the home market in Boston and how people pay well above ask and have equity by the time they close due to the rocketship ride of pricing. A realtor there was asked if they thought it was a bubble and she said if it wasn't a bubble she didnt know what a bubble was. Said she was banking and investing the majority of her commissions after paying off her debt because she expected many dry years in her business when this ended badly as she felt it had to end.
