T ,get divorced -g- lobby them for more options. I suppose you can get your diversification with other funds where you have discretion - your $ and non 401 k $ . My friend took a new job and did not like the 401 k options so he chose not to participate. He has IRA $ and sepca ( he had his own business for a while) $ in gold stocks. mike
