As of last Friday, only around 31 states had approved the all or none settlement. So you still might be able to get the Hawaiian securities administrator to scuttle it or at least extract a better cut since your state is likely to get the equivalent of less than one week's of HB's 2001 pay in exchange for the privilege of not being able to bring civil or criminal charges against him. Even the pediatrician got more and he bought Infospace when it was trading around $70-$90 ABOVE Blodget's target price.
