I would agree that it is either acquired or being acquired. Supertex assets are to be moved one way or another. The balance sheet is telling the story.

I am not convinced that Supertex management has the "guts" to grow by acquisition as very few opportunities of a size that would not put them in an highly leveraged position are possible in their area of expertise. I see more likely to have them being acquired at a premium share price.
