Jim, lawyer world not banker world. One of the few nice things (and trust me there are very few)about being a lawyer is that I get too talk to small-mid sized business owners, bankers and developers/builders on a daily basis so I get an idea of what is going on in the economy. As I have said before most people are oblivious to the impending storm. I am preparing for a lot of debt workouts and distressed business work in the next few years.
