Whatever. For MSFT this is pretty insignificant anyway. By 2004 it could very well be totally insignificant. Option grants for the past 4 years are underwater at this stock price. There's no dilutions and no "cost" of options that are underwater.

Unless of course the stock goes up quite a bit. Does jonkai think the stock will go up enough to bring the options in the money? Needs to get to around 70 to make dilution a relevant issue in 2004.

MSFT going to 70 jonkai, or are you going on and on about a non issue?
