Paul, $3.0 million capital infusion. I think it is appropriate to acknowledge the rumor that we have been in communication with an investment group to fund the growth of Heartsoft's new product introductions, Thinkology and Zoobooks. Due to the HUGE potential of these products, we have been approached by a world class organization to inject approaximately $3.0 million in marketing & sales money to take these products to market. These funds will move Heartsoft to a completely new level as a company, and the best news is that we should be able to use a rather creative financial instrument which should provide little or no short term dilution to current shareholders, and with no large debt. The affect of having these financial resources available to market Thinkology and Zoobooks will greatly benefit today's shareholders by accelerating our Revenues. Furthermore, investors and shareholders who own or are planning to buy into Heartsoft will have the benefit of $3 million in growth capital to build the Company.
