OT: "Is it finally time for a massive corporate move to new generation machines?" Well why not if they are free? But why? to increase productivity? Because of all the neat new features? Because of all those profits burning a hole in corportae productivity? the only obvious buyers that come to my mind here are the Federal government agencies and their contractors who have a floodtide of new spending for IT. IMO.
