Sparky,

The stock is certainly on an uptrend. I would feel a little better if it were outperforming many of the other stocks, but as you know, the tech stocks averages have been on a roll. Over the past five weeks through last Friday, FSI rose by 20 percent compared to the average SI 40 "semi equipment" stocks of 17 percent. But today however, it was 3rd in the list of 40 - most stocks went down.

It would be good to hear what technicians think about the FSI chart action. To me, it seems to be very good. It formed a big "W" bottom earlier this year around 10 - went to 13 to 14 and bounced around there for awhile forming a wedge - and then it broke out convincingly on a nice uptrend which it is following without a hint of breaking down - yet! How much longer can it keep going?

The proof of how strong it is will probably come when the market has a general sinking spell. If it can hold its own, or only lose a few percent, that would be a good sign. Sure wish we would hear some more good news on orders or earnings.

Don W.
