FM settled back down at 17 3/16, but it's still a new 52-week high. New High browsers will take notice tomorrow if they haven't already. The intraday chart shows pretty much a free-fall from $18, so I expect the downward pressure to continue tomorrow morning. Actually I'd love it to go down a little further before the earnings release, because now I'm worried that it may be getting so far ahead of itself that the earnings release will trigger a pullback unless it is absolutely spectacular. Any TA comments out there? Also, I forgot about the Vons lawsuit. It's the kind of wild card that can play out any day now, and a victory for FM could mean big $$$ and a sharp surge in the stock price. I wouldn't want to be completely empty-handed when the case is either settled or finished. As always, do your own research! D.Kuspa
