Sure he did... As I once expounded it, pitting Europe against Israel/the Jews and the US against the Arabs is the best ideological mystification ever sold by the Judeofascists... I've called it the "status quo". Anyway, Judeofascists had better meditate over the following witticism:

You can fool the same person all the time. You can fool everybody once. But you can't fool everybody all the time.
