No. Do your own homework.

For starters, consult the lead story in today's Wall Street Journal: "Top executives from hundreds of companies scrambled to meet an SEC deadline to swear that their financial results are accurate. Several companies identified accounting problems."

For you and others of your ilk to try to sweep this problem under the carpet is humorous.
