This is what should be criminal. Conning suckers that a cap-ex company is worth 4 times normal. PE of 60?

That's way too simple analysis. What a company earns in a recession always makes a stock look expensive just as what it earns at the peak makes it look cheap. And just why should giving an opinion in America be criminal?
