The Internet was designed by intelligent beings, who would be God in the analogy. Evolution, properly understood, does indeed assert that purely random mutations can lead to complex and diverse forms of life. There is no intelligence there, there is a simple mechanism of mutation followed by success or failure at passing on the novel trait......
