Maybe someone can explain to me the significance of the dollar amounts COPY is placing on these contracts. Unless I'm missing something, these contracts don't require the distributor to buy anything more than their "requirements." Well, if the product doesn't sell, then the requirement equals zero.

My guess is that these contracts cover the terms for, say,the first $45 million in sales. That's all very nice, but it ain't no contract for $45 million. Hell, I'd be glad to sign such a contract with COPY for $100 million, except that I'd worry that I might get arrested for securities fraud. These contracts, imho, are phoney baloney to the extent that they purport to have an actual dollar value. I'll believe Magicom has a future when I see some distributor put up some cold hard cash. Until then, I remain sceptical and short.
