One would hope that the despot will ultimately choke on his own bile as the rest of his neighbors become bored by his barking like a vicious dog behind a fence. They are the closest to him and like Iran and the Kurds have already suffered from his violent nature.

Let's be perfectly clear about the facts. In 1990, the neighbors of Iraq felt Saddam was a threat, and supported our war. Now, they do not feel he is a threat, and they do not support our war.
