T2: I think there are still folks selling into this rally. Your data supports this idea. Sure, fund flow can change again. Yet, I don't think it changes what is going on here longer term. I am going to favor the idea that things have changed in that too many have been burned to want to jump back in for a rally or that they are less likely to have the funds available due to layoffs, debt and uncertainty. So the upside should be limited in price although it may take longer in time to work itself before resumption of the downtrend.
