Stock has been steadily selling off this morning (-18.4%), likely due to a pre-open Lehman note that said the risk to UTSI remains to the downside, especially if CDMA450 gains Chinese approval (CDMA is much cheaper to deploy in rural areas than UTSI's PAS technology) and given the impending Softbank lockup on Aug 27; firm believes stock is fairly valued at current levels.
