Are we safer because of Bush. Has bin Laden been captured and taken off the most wanted list of the FBI? any other terrorists? Is Ken Lay in jail? Sure, Ashcroft is protecting gun owners rights, while he strips away every other right and violates the constitution. Why doesn't he nab some terrorists instead of going after kids downloading music off the internet. He steps into California for dispensing medical marijuana to cancer patients. He has no business violating states' rights.
