They mentioned voiding labor agreements yesterday on CNBC. This was tried several years ago and was NOT allowed by the courts.

As far as AMR going bankrupt I don't think that's even a remote possibility at this juncture.

CNBC has a airline analyst on (professor of something), and he has just gotten extremely bullish on the airline industry due to the painful steps they are taking to become more profitable (taken during the past two weeks). He highlighted AMR as one of these companies. Nas Drovya!!!!
