15,000 shares and at chart breakout. I asked why no movement and was told there is one guy selling at .45 who bought the offering at .30 on borrowed money and is now paying it back with liquid shares. He bought the one year restricted shares with warrants at .30. So he traded liquidity for more shares at a lower price. Hopefully the supply will dry up or the news will drive it through.
