QQQ OPTIONS EXPOSED ---- 180K Aug. 24/23 puts (and 340K Aug. 24/25 calls) Not surprisingly, the QQQ are right near 24. Let's see if they loosen up a little or suck out the premiums totally. In that case the markets may not move much until next week. As usual it looks like the powers-to-be (i.e. the options writers, in this case) are really fighting to hold the Markets right here through Friday, so the premiums get sucked dry and they win again. What a game! Should options writers be finally investigated finally? You Bet... and they just might be if you take a couple minutes and e-mail the right people.
