Hello ole sage! This summer will be one that the family will always remember. Gawd, I remember those..."But dad, I don't want to go to Washington D.C. and that crumby museum (whatever they call it)" or "I don't want to go to the lake house, we just went there last weekend"! or "why can't we stay at Disneyland for another week?" Had some impacting family times with treasured moments. Yep, impactful all right--on the wallet. Fast forward to the present and my 32 year old daughter -- "dad, I wish we still had the lake house for Dave and I and the kids; those were the days!". And my 30 year old son --"dad, Maria, Liam and I are going to the Smithsonian. Haven't been there since you and mom took us". but I have so much to be thankful for...... blessed. I totally agree!!!!
