PKI PerkinElmer cut by Moody's (5.401 -0.30) Moody's downgrades both the long- and short-term debt ratings of PKI to Baa3 and Prime-3 from Baa1 and Prime-2, respectively, and the ratings remain under review for possible further downgrade; cuts reflect the agency's concern that softness in the co's end markets will continue to put pressure on earnings and cash flow over the near- to intermediate-term.
