The one thing I am a bit baffled is, masses seem to be ignoring the bad news. Take today's news on jobless claims and the manufacturing numbers. These are horrible economic news, and yet no one seems to care! And yes the gains are HUGE which kind of makes sense when short covering is done in a panic mode and/or just taking profits... You know that I hardly ever short a stock... Well there is this stock BRCM (Broadcom)... If you really want to know what outragous overvaluations mean this is "the" mother off all outragousness..... It is just sad that companies such as LSI which have had their valuations brought down (and overdone a bit in the process) are still going to be associated (and possibly punished further) with junk bubbles like BRCM..... Oh well...
