The facts are that the burst of the internet bubble was going to cause a economic event. The Bush Administration ignoring this fact and MAGNIFYING the negative effects of 9/11 have made markets slide deeply despite the FED lowering rates 11 times during the Bush 18 month run. Even 11 rate cuts cannot help these economically dysfunctional administration
