Gloopie...we don't know how many people might have died from the time these plants were seedlings to the time he amassed his 175 lbs.

So, in a sense, his future consumption makes him a dangerous person. Of course another will step up to take the next 175 lbs.....and the same potential for damage to human life appears.

Legalize it? I think if you did that you'd have the streets and schools filled with psuedo-zombies as kids that would ultimately get their hands on the stuff would suffer the "legal party syndrome."

Perhaps the solution is legalization with huge penalties for usage under say.....age 30.
