Tom,

I am a bit unclear. Is that $0.30 for 3Q97 and $0.36 for 4Q97 as guided after the conference call?

Also, is this a fully taxed number or does it include the benefits of any tax loss carryforwards?

Does this include added depreciation expenses?

Here's another question, does TQNT have the right to sell the PAs that Ericsson designs to other customers? It wasn't quite clear from the call. If so, that would be really good news (for long positions).
