Brian, the lowest bp this year was 8% in early July. Now 39 of the 100 stocks in Nasdaq 100 are bullish, i.e. buys. Sure, that's significant. The indices didn't do much today and the stocks we tend to watch didn't either. But more and more stocks in NDX participate in the rally. G.
