That can only mean the smart money is buying; institutional money and pension funds are reallocating to stocks in a big way I don't think this is necessarily so. Volume has been low across the board, so it's not necessary for huge new funds to be entering the market. Remember, not only are there all those thousands of alleged hedge funds trading in and out constantly, the big houses are doing it to. By doing this, they can make the same few hundred billion dollars appear to be much more. JMHO, augie
